Use Case #
In this use case, the duration of certain activities, or the transitions between activities, is inversely proportional to the number of medical and administrative staff.
Additionally, if the patient’s medical history or the medical software is outdated, the patient’s registration must be repeated, resulting in a self-loop. These repetitions also occur in the “Treatment or Procedure” activity when the patient’s doctor is changed.
The change of doctor also impacts the “Recovery and Post-Treatment Care” activity. When a bed is required, a longer transition between “Treatment or Procedure” and “Recovery and Post-Treatment Care” is observed.
The recommended software is the Inverbis Healthcare platform.
